Why bring the forklift to your shop instead of calling a mobile mechanic?
Shop-based diagnosis lets our experienced mechanics investigate complex faults and carry out the repair in one place, rather than scheduling repeated site visits. We arrange pickup with no on-site callout fee or on-site hourly charges. Pickup and diagnostic charges are confirmed before booking, and repair work is quoted after diagnosis.
Do you repair electric forklifts?
We currently repair propane / LPG forklifts only. Electrical and electronics repair refers to the controls, sensors and wiring on propane forklifts.
How quickly can you repair my forklift?
We focus on fast turnaround. Timing is confirmed after diagnosis and depends on the fault, approved work and parts availability.
Can you repair it at my location?
We arrange pickup and perform diagnosis and repairs at our shop. We do not provide on-site repairs.
What happens if I decline the estimate?
We do not proceed with the proposed repair. Confirm diagnostic, pickup and return transport charges before booking; these are separate from approval of the repair itself.
